Due to unfavourable honey flows in North Queensland this year, Honey House Kuranda has had to source pure, raw honey from Southern Queensland.
We still, however, only stock the highest quality raw honeys – this means you can be assured that you receive your honey just as nature intended.
Because the bees do such a good job, we don’t try to change it!!
Honeys are labelled using the predominant floral source. If the bees have been collecting from many different flowers, the honey is named after the area the hives were situated in.
Every honey you purchase from Honey House Kuranda comes with the details of harvest time, the area the hives were situated and the floral source of the nectar the bees were collecting – traceable source purchases help you to make informed decisions and support local producers.
