Unlike a single apiarist, we get the pick of North Queensland’s best varietals. Each harvest is individually cold-extracted and hand bottled, so every purchase is truly one of a kind.
Honey House Kuranda only stocks Raw Honey – this means you can be assured that you receive your honey just as nature intended. No heat treatment, no fine filtering and no blending (except by the bees).
Because the bees do such a good job, we don’t try to change it!

Honeys are labelled using the predominant floral source. If the bees have been collecting from many different flowers, the honey is named after the area the hives were situated in.
Every honey you purchase from Honey House Kuranda comes with the details of harvest time, the area the hives were situated and the floral source of the nectar the bees were collecting – traceable source purchases help you to make informed decisions and support local producers.
