Ingredients
  1. 2 Tablespoons Honey House Honey (light)
  2. 3 cups cornflakes
  3. 100g margarine or butter
  4. 3/4 cup caster sugar
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. 2. Place cupcake cases into cupcake tray
  3. 3. Mix together: sugar, honey and margarine in a saucepan over low heat till margarine melted
  4. 4. Place cornflakes in a bowl and gently mix honey mixture through
  5. 5. Spoon nix into cupcake cases
  6. 6. Bake for approximately 10 minutes
  7. 7. Cool on a wire rack, then place into fridge to set.
